Our associates can join us as District Business Partner and as Rural Business Partner.

It is necessary for our associates to have an office for free Jal work. If the Associate's House is in the right place in the market, then he can also use it.

1. The security amount of District Business Partner will be Rs. 5 lakh which will be fully Refundable in 36 months.
2. The security amount of the Rural Business Partner will be Rs.2.5 lakh and will be fully Refundablein 36 months.
3. This amount will be taken along with the Court Agreement (Note: You will have to pay the Court Agreement Fee of Rs.2000 in cash.)
4. Whatever security amount will be deposited by our associates, the company will deposit Bank Interest (10%) every year in their Bank account.

The company will give Rs. 10,000 to its District Business Partner and Rs.5,000 to its Rural Business Partner every month for 36 months as rental support for shop which will be written in the court agreement.

The company gives Rs. 1 for distribution of free Jal to its District & Rural Business Partner and the District Business Partner will get an additional 0.50 Rs. for distribution of free Jal by the Rural Business Partner.

The company will bear all the expenses of Marketing, Advertising and Transporton its own.

1. Let us understand how much return the Company is giving to the District Business Partner in 36 months-
   • Rs. 5,00,000 Security Deposit fully Refundable at one time - Rs. 5,00,000.
   • Rs. 10,000 Rent per month for 36 months Rs 10,000 x 36 - Rs. 3,60,000
   • Bank interest for 36 months at 10% per Year Rs 50,000 x 3 - Rs 1,50,000
   • Total Return - Rs. 10,10,000
   The money earned by distributing free Jal Bottles will be given separately.


2. Let us understand how much return the Company is giving to the Rural Business Partner in 36 months-
   • Rs. 2,50,000 Security Deposit fully refundable at one time - Rs. 2,50,000
   • Rs. 5,000 Rent per month for 36 months. Rs 5,000 x 36 - Rs. 1,80,000
   • Bank interest for 36 months at 10% per Year Rs 25,000 x 3 - Rs. 75,000
   • Total return - Rs. 5,05,000
   The money earned by distributing free Jal Bottles will be given separately.

The Court Agreement period will be of 36 months. After that a New Agreement will be made.

The Associate Partners of the company will distribute free Jal only free of cost. If any Associate takes any amount from a customer in exchange of a bottle of free Jal, then his Agreement will be canceled and his security will not be refunded in any condition.

The money for Rental Support and free Jal distribution will be given by the 15th of every month only in the account of the partner with whom the agreement will be made, after deducting the related Government Tax.

The water plant of free Jal Company is getting ready in Haridwar District of Uttarakhand, while the company is getting its free Jal Bottles ready from a Certified Lab Company.

1. • Rural Business Partner Rs. 2500 + 18% GST = Rs. 2950 (Non Refundable)
   • District Business Partner Rs. 5000 + 18% GST = Rs. 5900 (Non Refundable)
   You can book your work place by depositing this much amount. This amount is not fully refundable. Nor will it be deposited in the security amount. This is only the booking amount and a confirmed receipt will be given for the same. District Business Partner will be only one in each district. That's why this process will be done on First Come - First Serve basis only. The booking amount will be accepted only in the account of free Jal main company GG Store (OPC) Private Limited.
   
   
2. The process of free Jal agreement will be completed only between 1st to 10th of every month. This agreement will have to be done by both the parties sitting face to face so that your work can start smoothly from next month.


3. At least 10,000 bottles of free Jal will be given to you for distribution every month, there will be no limit on the Maximum.
